Master Car Rental N.V. is a local car rental and mobility company in Curaçao. We provide app-based rental services that allow customers to register, find a vehicle, unlock it, drive and end the ride through the Master Rental app.

2. Information we collect
To provide our rental services, we may collect the following information:

Payment card details may be processed by external payment providers. Master Car Rental does not intend to store full credit card details directly when payments are handled by a payment provider.

Because our vehicles are rented through an app and may use connected vehicle technology, we may collect vehicle location and usage data.
This can include the vehicle location, rental start and end location, route-related information, distance, ride duration, vehicle status, battery or fuel level and lock or unlock activity.
We use this information to operate the rental service, protect our vehicles, assist customers, recover vehicles, investigate damages or misuse, and comply with insurance or legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.
