What documents and cards are required for car rental?
A valid driving license and identification are required. You may also need to present a credit-card as proof of payment
Can I pick up a car from any location?
Yes, Master Rental offers multiple pick-up locations across Curaçao. Use our app to find the nearest one.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 2 hours before the booking time are free. A small fee applies for later cancellations.
Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the rental car?
Vehicles must stay on Curaçao unless prior arrangements are made for any off-island use. Off-roading is not permitted. Master Rental will introduce dedicated off-road capable vehicles in the future road-map.
Do you offer roadside assistance?
Yes, with the help of our third-party road assistance partner, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance as a service for all rentals. Just call the roadside assistance support number for help.
Can someone else drive the car I rent?
Additional drivers are permitted if they are registered and meet our driving requirements.
